Questions
Before you book
How do the sessions actually run?
Live video, one-to-one, using the meeting link on your booking confirmation. Sessions are working sessions — we go through your questions, your reasoning, and your plan. Afterwards I write up what we covered and what to do next, and you can read it any time in your student portal.
What if I need to move a session?
You can reschedule yourself from your portal up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, email me — I will always try, but I cannot promise a slot, because that time was held for you and someone else could have used it.
How do I pay?
Card, through Stripe, is instant. Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, bank transfer, and Remitly are all available too — choose one at checkout and your session slot is held while the transfer lands. I confirm manual payments by hand, usually within a few hours.
I am outside the U.S. Does that work?
Yes. You will see every time in your own timezone automatically, and there are international payment options at checkout with a longer holding window so a transfer that takes a few days does not cost you your slot.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under the terms set out in full on the refund policy page. Read it before you book — it is short and it is the version that applies to your purchase.
