Refunds and cancellations
Written plainly, because this is the page that matters when something goes wrong.

Before your first session
Cancel more than 48 hours before your first scheduled session and you receive a full refund, no reason needed. Email me, or request it from your student portal.
Inside 48 hours, a 50% refund is available. That time was held for you and turned away from someone else, which is what the other half covers.
After coaching has started
On a multi-session programme, refunds are calculated on the sessions you have not yet used. Sessions already delivered are charged at the single-session rate, and the remainder is refunded.
Worked example: you buy an 8-session programme for $1,199 and stop after three sessions. Those three are charged at the single-session rate, and everything above that is returned to you. The exact figure is calculated and shown to you before you confirm the request.
Missed sessions
Life happens, and I would rather move a session than lose it. Reschedule yourself from your portal up to 24 hours before and it costs nothing.
A session missed without notice is treated as delivered. A session I have to cancel is always rescheduled at no cost, or refunded in full if we cannot find a time.
If you do not pass
I do not offer a pass guarantee, and I would be careful of anyone who does — no coach controls what happens in that room. What I will do is sit down with you after the result, at no charge, and work out what the next attempt should look like.
How to request a refund
Open Refunds in your student portal, or reply to any email from me. You will see what you are eligible for before you confirm anything. Approved refunds go back the way they came: card refunds appear in 5–10 working days, and transfers are returned to the account they were sent from.
Changes to this policy
The version of this policy in force on the day you pay is the version that applies to your purchase. A copy is saved with your order, so later edits to this page cannot change the terms you agreed to.
